Right in the middle of the cave coast
Carvoeiro is a pretty fishing village in the municipality of Lagoa, with Algar Seco on one side and Praia da Marinha and Benagil a few minutes along the coast. Boats board straight from the beach in the centre of the village.
This is the closest departure point to many of the most famous caves, so tours are short and you see a lot.
