About the Benagil cave
The Benagil sea cave, with its round opening in the roof and its own small beach, is the most photographed spot in the Algarve. It sits between Carvoeiro and Armação de Pêra and is reached by boat.
Boats can enter the cave when the sea is calm. Landing on the cave beach is not allowed from tour boats.

Can I swim into Benagil cave?
Swimming in from boats is not allowed on our trips for safety reasons. The boat takes you inside when the sea allows.
Which departure point is closest to Benagil?
Albufeira and Portimão are the closest. From Vilamoura and Lagos the trip is a little longer.
