Check-in must be done up to 15 minutes before the activity, at office 5, Cais Q in Vilamoura Marina.
You must present your reservation details at check-in.
Check-in must be done on time if you miss the boarding time no refund will be offered.
photo and Video packages are an extra option and not guaranteed, we do not take responsibility for any technical issues
Visit to the caves and stop for a swim is all subject to favourable sea conditions .
Children under 16 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
We reserves the right to change the time and / or the vessel of the experience, without prior notice.
Vilamoura Waterspors Centre is not responsible for material damage to personal property during the experience, so we advise you to ensure their adequate protection.
CANCELLATION POLICY
• You can cancel up to 7 days before the event – full refund
• You can cancel under 7 days until 24 hours before the event – refund minus 20% booking fee
• Cancellations 24 hours or less from the event – no refund
• For cancellations due to weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances instructed by the management, we will indicate an alternative date, otherwise a full refund will be made.
